Persons and/or organizations who sponsor a fair booth agree by completing and signing the application, that they will indemnify and hold harmless Tooele County, including their agents, employees, or volunteers from and against all claims and/or damages that may arise out of the negligent or intentional acts of said persons, organizations or their agents, employees, or volunteers.
